AROHA TOURS RAPA NUI guarantees prices once the reservation is confirmed.

AROHA TOURS RAPA NUI reserves the right to modify tours, circuits, visits, excursions, walks, without prior notice, in order to guarantee the physical and moral integrity of the visitors as well as their guide: extremely unfavorable weather conditions, access to the different areas closed sites, failure to comply with the rules established by the administration of the Rapa Nui National Park. AROHA TOURS RAPA NUI undertakes to explain these rules to each of its visitors before the departure of each tour, circuit, visit, excursion, walk.

As for the picnic and lunch compositions displayed on the site, they are subject to change without prior notice, depending on availability and supply on the island at the time of the tours, circuits, visits, excursions, walks. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS.

In case of cancellation, the refund conditions are as follows:
• cancellation up to 30 days before visitors’ arrival, 100% refund
• cancellation up to 15 days before visitors’ arrival, 50% refund
• cancellation up to 7 days before visitors’ arrival, 20% refund
• After these deadlines and/or no-show, no refund will be made.

Any reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions and reservation and payment conditions.
