We head to Tahai, where the only complete Moai of Rapa Nui welcomes us: the perfect introduction to the ancestral architecture of this fascinating civilization.
Then we go to Vinapu, at the foot of the southern volcano of Easter Island: a figurative place for theories on migrations from the Americas.
The road then takes us to the summit of Rano Kau, southern part of Rapa Nui, where the cult of the birdman was celebrated.
Lunch break.
The afternoon will begin with a visit to the Huri A Urenga site, home to a uniquely styled Moai.
Then head to another quarry, that of the Moai headdresses, the Pukao: Puna Pau and its panoramic view of the Easter Island village.
